I purchased Office. Where can I go to set up my account and install Office?

To set up your account and install Office for the first time, visit https://setup.office.com. Learn more about setting up your account.
If you have already created your account, visit www.office.com/myaccount.

What is a Product Key and where do I find it?

A Product Key is a unique 25-character alpha-numeric code used to redeem and activate your Office product. You cannot use a product key for an older Office product (or a different product) to redeem your new copy of Office.

Following completion of your order,  you will receive an email containing the download link. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you did not receive the emails in your regular inbox folder.

For all other activation difficulties, be sure to contact us via email (for faster service) or call us and one of our representatives will further assist you.

To find your Product Key, look for the 25-character alpha-numeric code. Sample Product Key format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Second Option

  1. Go to http://setup.office.com
  2. Login or create new Microsoft Account.Learn more.
  3. Click on Next.
  4. Enter your Activation Key and select your Country or Region and Your Language and Click On Next.
  5. On Get your Office step click Next.
  6. *** Click on ‘Show all my subscriptions & Office products’ located on the top right of the screen window (this step only applies and will be displayed if you have multiple products on your Microsoft account)

  7. On "Services & subscriptions" page find your product (Office 2019) and click on Install
  8. Click on Install when the pop-up window appears to start downloading the installer file

  9. After the download is completed, you may run the installer file you just downloaded
  10. Click Yes when asked : Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?

  11. At this point, the installation process has started
  12. Your Office has been successfully installed. You may click on "Close" to close out the install window

  13. Open any of the Microsoft Office apps (i.e Word or Excel)
  14. When the ‘Accept the license agreement’ window pops up, click on Accept
